• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 1–3 business days on our side; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
• No questions required. We may ask what went wrong so we can improve, but answering is optional.
• After a refund, your license to use the files ends; please delete them.
• Repeat refund requests from the same buyer may be reviewed by the owner.
• Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us. We'll refund you faster.
